AMARI Supercars was undergoing an expansion of their business premises in Preston, including a new showroom. The current telephone system was due for a refresh as it was out of contract with the current expansion. They also had several staff moving to different locations within the site, so a new cloud phone system was just what they needed.
AMARI are experts when it comes to performance, so it made sense that they would want a business telephone system that reflected this. They had currently been using an onsite Samsung phone system with analogue phone lines and digital phones but wanted a system that could offer the business more in terms of flexibility. After searching on google they found Tech Advance and called for advice on which upgrade would be the right choice for their growing business.
Following a meeting on site, Tech Advance recommended a new cloud-based VoIP telephone system and an Internet connection upgrade, to provide a fibre broadband service which would support both the sites telephone and PC needs. For this site one of the newer technologies were full-feature colour display desk phones, which worked using a Wi-Fi connection as opposed to a normal network cable. This gave AMARI a high level of flexibility in terms of moving the phones around the site easily wherever a power socket was available and removed the need for new network cabling to be installed.
Tech Advance fitted a new VoIP-ready fibre broadband, a new on-site Wi-Fi network and then provided the cloud phone system which used the new network created on-site. AMARI were also able to move their PC’s over onto the new broadband connection and Wi-Fi network seamlessly leaving the business able to cancel the previous connection after going live on the new phone system with no downtime at all.
