Tech Advances installation of a new on-site telephone system for Lytham based business Countrywide Financial Solutions, has provided the team of talented Independent Financial Advisers with a much needed boost in telephone functionality.
Renowned for their straight talking tailored advice, Countrywide Financial solutions (CFS) are all about conducting business that is hassle free and making sure their customers know exactly what’s happening with their finances every step of the way.
Which is why, when CFS decided to upgrade their old telephone system to a new on-site system, it was Preston based company Tech Advance they knew they could put their trust in to deliver a high quality, hassle free service the same as they provide for all their clients.

With Tech Advance being given the green light they quickly set to work trying to find exactly the right telephone solution for CFS. The new system was to provide capacity for additional telephone extensions and improved functionality with return on investment being a key component in their decision. CFS wanted the best possible system to support the needs of the business for the coming 7-10 years at the lowest possible cost.
After considering a number of different manufacturer’s products it was the Avaya IP Office system that Tech Advance decided was the best solution to meet all of CFS business needs.

The offices were currently cabled for telephones, so Tech Advance made sure that the new system made use of the existing cabling which had already been done, saving CFS on costs wherever possible.
Tech Advance project managed the upgrade from start to finish and following pre staging of the of the system off-site including pre-configuration, it was possible to upgrade the system on-site in 1 working day which was great news for CFS as any disruption for the team was kept to a minimum.
Minimising operating costs for CFS was also a top priority for Tech Advance which was another reason why they chose the new Avaya system. Any remote programming changes can be made easily without the need for an engineer which is great news for CFS as it means they won’t have to pay repeat call out costs for minor changes and moves.
Although Countrywide Financial Services were greatly impressed with the cost savings that Tech Advance worked hard to achieve for them, it seems it was Tech Advances dedication to providing a good service that impressed them the most.
