New Concept Security got in touch with us through their IT support provider who gave us a recommendation. They were unhappy with their current telecom provider and were planning a relocation, meaning this was a perfect time to review their current phone systems.
We were first contacted in July of 2021, and New Concept Security decided to continue with us as we were able to provide a system and a lower cost than their current provider offering system which worked well for them, providing features which their previous phone system could not perform due to the service being unreliable and complicated, also the support was unsatisfactory.
They were looking to move away from their current supplier whilst handling the move to a new office, this meant we could switch both their broadband and internet at this new sight.
Some issues we had to overcome included having to port existing numbers over and migrating to a new system without any disruption.

Throughout several calls and meetings with New Concept Security, recommendations included: a new SoGEA FTTC business broadband, a new cloud-based phone system and a mobile application for existing users.
The installation went through in Sept 2021 which brought the business lower overall costs and a system with no issues. We found New Concept Security easy to work with, helped by the fact they knew exactly what they wanted from their phone system and Internet provider, and we ticked the boxes.
