QED Construction are an innovative and professional civil engineering contractor formed in 2002, tailoring effective construction solutions across all commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. They are wholly committed to safety in all areas of their business.
QED Construction were looking for a local supplier to assist with a review of their internet connection. The company were also looking to upgrade their older legacy Panasonic telephone system using ISDN lines to a newer cloud-based VoIP phone system. ISDN lines are currently being phased out leading up to their switch-off in 2025, leading to companies such as QED Construction to search for alternative systems such as our VoIP Cloud Phone systems.
After some research had been conducted and the company finding Tech Advance through an online search, we had initial meetings with the company, leading to a proposal from Tech Advance of fibre to the construction company’s ethernet internet connection, which would significantly improve connection speeds and facilitate a stable internet connection. This could also be used for their phones as well as their data.
After receiving a few quotes and reviewing their given options, QED Construction decided to work with Tech Advance to upgrade their office telephone system. The solution involved an upgrade of the offices internet connection first, followed by the phone upgrade of the telephone system to a new office VoIP telephone system.
