Which is why when the Chester based business decided to move to larger offices in order to facilitate their continual evolvement as an organisation, they wanted a dedicated team of people who understood their business needs.
When it came to the telecoms side of the business, Health Diagnostics needed a reliable telecoms provider whom they could trust to help them with the following services:
- Provision of telephone lines for their telephone system, broadband, fax, and alarms.
- Provision of internet access.
- Relocation and expansion upgrade of their existing Avaya IP Office telephone system.
- A new data cabling network at the new site for the phones, PC’s and network devices.
- A power solution for the open plan office also providing power to central desk positions using ceiling posts carrying data outlets also.
It was North West based telecoms provider Tech Advance that offered the best service and provided the most cost effective solution that was project managed and with a single point of contact for all BT network services, on site cabling systems, electrical provision to desks and telephone system work. Health Diagnostics wanted to relocate within a 6 week time frame and they needed to this with minimal disruption to the business.
This meant Tech Advance had to manage the project tightly in order to ensure all the required services were in place and everything was set up for a smooth transition to the new site over a weekend with little or no disruption to Health Diagnostics. The move took place towards the end of May 2015.
